DELIVERY

Thank you for placing an order with us on our website. Your order will be sent once payment has been approved, as soon and as safely as possible. If an item is in stock it can be despatched within 1-7 working days. (If, for any reason this is not possible we will email you.) As we do not stock quantities of each item, and indeed some are one-offs, it may happen that we have sold the item in our shop before picking up your order from our website. If this should happen, and we cannot make, or re-order that item, we will, of course, give you a complete refund, or offer you a similar item. This would be arranged via email, or telephone.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for which we charge a flat rate of £7. This is insured post and requires a signature upon receipt. We will deliver the goods to the address you gave us when ordering, unless instructed otherwise.

If you want to check the delivery time, or if an order seems overdue please e-mail us at info@perrysjewellers.com and we'll be happy to help. Similarly, please do not hesitate to contact us if these delivery times are not suitable for any reason.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event the Jewellery you ordered does not please you, it may be exchanged or refunded provided the following terms are met:-

(FOR REASONS OF HEALTH & HYGEINE EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED)

You Must:

  • Notify us by email at info@perrysjewellers.com within 3 working days of receipt, of the item/s you wish to return, giving us the stock reference/s code and date of invoice. We will then give you a returns reference number.
  • Return item/s within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY (insured post), using our address label. You are responsible for the charges associated with the return and are also responsible for the goods until we sign accepting delivery.

The item/s must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

The item/s must not:

  • Have had any labels removed.
  • Have been worn or damaged.

Once we receive the returned item/s and are satisfied with its/their condition and the reason for its/their return we will authorise a refund of the cost of the goods, but not the original delivery charge. If preferred, we will exchange if a suitable replacement is available.

These terms apply only to products normally offered on the Perrys website and not to commissioned pieces or special orders. For special orders or commissions you will not be able to return the item unless it is faulty.
